     ANNOUNCEMENT: MEMBERSHIP COORDINATOR – VOLUNTEER POSITION

    The Greater St. Louis Air & Space Museum is seeking a highly motivated and organized         volunteer to act as the Museum Membership Coordinator.  The Museum is a 501c3 Not-         For-Profit Museum, located at 2300 Vector Drive, Cahokia, Illinois.  The Museum maintains     an extensive collection of artifacts, documents, and photography related to all aspects of         aviation and space with particular emphasis on the St. Louis region's connection to these         fields. The Museum is an all-volunteer organization which is governed by a Board of                 Directors and is open to the public with no admission charge every Friday, Saturday and         Sunday as well as by appointment.

   In general, this person will be expected to manage the member/guest lists, solicit                      memberships and donations through periodic letters and email-based communications, and    coordinate mailers to members, volunteers, donors and Board as necessary. The goal being    to increase Museum membership and the member/donor base.
