Young Eagles took to the air at St. Louis Downtown Airport when a group of young ladies experienced flight early Sunday while visiting the Greater St. Louis Air & Space Museum. Aircraft, pilots and ground crews were provided by members of EAA Chapter 64, also based at the airport. They enjoyed flying over the St. Louis riverfront and visiting the museum between flights. The group later visited the air traffic control tower. Thanks to the Greater St. Louis Air & Space Museum, EAA Chapter 64 and Ideal Aviation for making this Young Eagles event another great success.
